Our final days in Cuernavaca

We've now left Cuernavaca and have moved on to new places. Our last few days there were fun, but it was sad having to say good bye to the many new friends and "family" we made during our six weeks there. Here are a few parting shots from our last few days in the city of eternal spring, Cuernavaca...

This is our last bag of laundry. For a whopping $2.70 at the local lavanderia we had two loads of laundry washed, dried, ironed, folded, and bagged. Pretty good deal, huh?

Here is "camara shy" Valentina (our Mexican sister) and her dog, ET...

Z and I splurged and went to the famous hotel "Las Mananitas" for drinks...

Here's Z with his five dollar fruit drink...

The grounds of Las Mananitas are beautiful and full of free roaming exotic birds...

Here's a shot of the last sunrise I caught on the way to school.
It's hard to see, but the sun is rising above a volcano...

My last day in class...

Our sexy mama cooking our last breakfast...

Z and Adrian eating breakfast together...

Our last night in the bar with some of our classmates...

Z and his German "papa"...who is teaching him a thing or two about beer...

One final parting shot of the Germans...

Z and me...
