Yesterday, it was extremely hot out, so in the late afternoon I headed over to the East Lake at AT&T Business Park in San Ramon to see what our geese and goslings were up to...
Here's the East Lake where many Canadian Geese have made their home...

Have a seat on the bench and enjoy the show...

They love the fresh green grass...

The babies seem to enjoy the warm water, too...

The parents keep a watchful eye over their youngsters...

Time for a break from all the water play...

Two adult geese in flight over the East Lake...

AT&T Business Park is located on Camino Ramon, next to the Marriott Hotel, and it's a great place to watch our suburban waterfowl in action.

Thank you for sharing the wonderful photos of the gangs! I can almost hear those yellow chicks.
With a big smile.
I love it. For some reason I haven't seen any goslings down here, which is saddening because they are one of my favorite baby animals. Luckily I can now see some in your photos.
They are beautiful and soooo many. Lovely tour with the geese.
There they are. I was worried because you other shot only had the one gosling! When I last lived in Folsom, CA, there was a flock of Turkeys living in the area. It's a kick to see a flock of bird (esp, baby birds) bring traffic to a halt.
Once again a storybook series. Its just amazing how you track the route of these lovely creatures from point A to point B and getting wet and come back to the grounds. Them, falling in line walking, reminds me of the ugly duckling tale, minus ugly.
