Autumn arrived a bit later than usual here in northern California, but it did arrive! Last weekend I took a photo stroll around the local AT&T business park near my home. The grounds are always beautiful, no matter what time of year, but my favorite time for a visit is right now when the trees are displaying their finest fall coloring. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! I have a Nikon D40x and I just love her! Unfortunately, I fell while up at Mammoth and shattered my viewfinder, so she's going in for repair today...I'm going to miss her! I have a new Canon EOS 7 and it just doesn't take the crisp shots that the Nikon does.
Where was your header photo taken? That looks like the road into Mariposa from Merced...
Wonderful. Our trees and leaves look the same up here in Sonoma and I tried my luck yesterday...in the rain. I too noticed the header photo, is that new? Like it.
What glorious color! We DO indeed have a full-fledged autumn here in California, despite the rumors otherwise!
