I'm trying to head north for spring break but got stuck here in Yreka, a gold-rush era town near the Oregon border. Seems that spring really hasn't arrived yet, at least not in and around the Siskiyou Mountains. I'm hanging out at a motel in hopes that the roads will be cleared for travel tomorrow...
The parking lot is starting to fill up and the snow hasn't let up...
Nice snow pics! Good plan too... If its snowing in Yreka its not the time you want to drive over Siskiyou Summit!
